Moon Milk

Moon milk is a delicious night time drink that can help calm the nerves, be apart of every night time routine and helps improve adrenal function. Stress has become more and more a daily part of our lives and sometimes it is hard to unwind from the busy day, but moon milk helps with that. With key ingredients of ashwaganda and butterfly pea powder it soothes fried nerves for improved relaxation. The added cardamon is great for decreasing night time cravings, that often go hand in hand with stress while the milk gives you just enough fat to help create a more charged night of sleep ahead. Recipe

1/4 tsp Ashwaganda Powder

1/4 tsp Butterfly pea powder

1/4 tsp cardamon powder

Nut milk (I love macadamia milk but whatever you prefer) - warmed

For extra fat I will sometimes add a half tbsp of coconut oil.

Honey to taste.

Mix and enjoy.
